What We’re Made Of: Resiliency Through Yoga and Writing

In this workshop, we will explore the concept of resiliency and the internal and external sources of support we have — or can tap into — to get through difficult times. We will look at what a resilient nervous system looks like, learn what happens under chronic stress, and explore strategies for bringing ourselves back into balance. Expect gentle movement, a guided visualization, and several writing exercises to help you connect with your most resilient self. All levels welcome.
