In an era where messages end with “Stay safe!!!” the best way to experience safety from the inside of your body. A regular practice of tapping into “Yin” — a physio-psycho-spiritual inner climate of patient and trust-filled receptivity — can help your internal GPS (body-brain-nervous system) navigate extended moments of both personal and collective pressures.
In this weekly practice, expect Yin — long-held poses that target the body’s connective tissue and energetic meridians — along with elements of Yang, or gentle movement — along with the occasional surprise, based on Yael’s “feeling” of the Zoom room.
