A regular practice of tapping into “Yin” — a physio-psycho-spiritual inner climate of patient and trust-filled receptivity — can help your internal GPS (body-brain-nervous system) navigate extended moments of both personal and collective pressures.
In this weekly hour-long practice, expect a lot of Yin Yoga poses — long-held poses that target the body’s connective tissue and energetic meridians — along with elements of breath, inquiry and the occasional surprise, based on Yael’s “feeling” of the Zoom room.
