Gentle PM Yoga

6–7:15 pm

Enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing and enhanced energy in gentle yoga classes. Learn various yoga postures and techniques in progressive relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation to help reduce stress and balance mind, body, and spirit. Everyone is welcome, especially adults facing stress, cancer, or other illness.
