Each of my classes is an experience that moves beyond the physical, into what one participant called “a rich conversation with yourself.” You can expect a supportive environment in which to learn tools that, over time, will help transform your nervous system and turn what is just “meh” into gold.

Consider bringing me to you! offer yoga-mindfulness-creative practice sessions for families, friends, and organizations. These can be ongoing or special events.
