I’ve been recording these simple sessions for the Smith Center where I’ve been teaching gentle yoga to folks with cancer and other chronic conditions since 2017. In this one, we look at balance.  Equanimity is the art of keeping our cool as we traverse a trail full of switchbacks.  Yoga teaches us that the path we’re accompanying each other on is more about presence than destination.  Join me as we find composure by focusing less on getting it right and more on intentionally moving off kilter in this lighthearted practice of both supported and freestanding balancing poses.
