Over the course of the pandemic, I’ve been doing short videos for the Smith Center for Healing & the Arts. I hope you enjoy this one which is a brief gratitude practice. Gratitude has such a beneficial impact on our bodies, moods and spirits that it should be practiced every single day of the year, rather than being reserved for Thanksgiving. This brief mindfulness practice is based on the terrific work of the Institute for HeartMath. It might take a few tries to get the hang of it, but once you do, feel free to stay in the frequency of gratitude for 5-10 minutes daily.
